They suddenly shut down. Their eyes run far away. Their very reality starts to change. We've traveled for a while with the Children of the Moon: they're the wonderful kids of Fano's Autism Center. We made a documentary about the experience of many families and the struggle to give their sons a chance for a life. Autism is still a hardly definable concept, very complex and full of mystery: looking in the eyes of each of those kids gives a little splinter of this mystery.
