Synopsis
Filmed during five days at the Tate Modern, this film is primarily a social commentary that allows the spectator to observe those who observe pictures. The addition of a narrative by way of a wide range of characters and recorded commentaries produced by the museum itself gives life to the pictures and to the figure of Mark Rothko together with people who are and are not familiar with his work. Finally, the director's voice adds a personal element, taking the spectators on a journey of discovery.
