In the Portuguese province of Minho, Jesus Christ and Baco are special guests for the pilgrimage that takes place every year in the Serra d'Arga Valley from 28th to 29th August. The voice of God and the chants of the crowd fill the hills. The sacred and profane join hands. Thousands of pilgrims take part in order to fulfill their pledges, worship the saint, attend mass and also drink a glass of honey brandy.
