Synopsis
Traversed by readings of his poems, the film mainly focuses on the period of “voluntary exile” undertaken by Camilo Pessanha in Macau. In a rhythmic fashion, like the musical score suggested in his poetry, we follow his steps, going through the places where he lived and worked. Constantly leaping between imaginary and real, it is as if the film were an ultimate act of writing, proofreading and rewriting much to the taste of the quitting poet.
