Synopsis
On August 2, 1968, the Commissioner of Guipúzcoa Political and Social Brigade, Malitón Manzanas, dies in an attack by ETA. A state of emergency is declared in the region. Hundreds of people are detained, and a court marshall is formed. The trial conducted by Franco against ETA turned out to be a hard blow to the image of the regime, and a direct confrontation with the Basque people.
