Synopsis
In a small hunting lodge a group of old townsmen recall the life of Mario de Marcella, a hermit who lived in the surrounding woods. The lively discussions that follow are often conflicting and contradictory. The hermit, known by the men as “il solengo”, like the lone boar, chose to live away from the pack.
