Synopsis
Time seems to have stopped and the tasks that transform us into machines become the last trait that keeps us human. Sailing on a Uruguayan navy vessel, a group of soldiers see their lives consumed by peril and exhaustion. Their destination is Antarctica and they have to cross the defiant ocean to bring provisions to a scientific base. Their journey, often strewn with icebergs, is long and full of danger. When the sailors have reached their destination, the landscape becomes dominant and the men slowly disappear. Right there, in the middle of the storm, all trace of humanity seems to be lost, and the world absorbs and dilutes us into the snowmelt water.
