Braila, Danube Delta, Romania. It’s mid-summer and women from across the country gather at the City’s Grand Hotel, for the weekend. They have come for an important meeting : the annual beauty pageant, a contest like many others ... except that here, it is inner beauty that counts. And for good reason: organizers and contestants are blind or partially-sighted.
