Moved by the (imprecise) sea is a documentary made by a group of brazilian filmmakers at Off Plus Camera Festival in 2013. They were invited to present their one-minute documentary “Maré Alta”, and decided to make another film, interviewing filmmakers and letting the chance and metalanguage to shape their reflexion about the difficulties of making a low-budget film and also about the future of cinema.
