Synopsis
In 2007, a sugarcane cutter found documents belonging to the extinct DOPS (military police department from the dictatorial period) in an abandoned farm house. Given the current context of search for the truth and retreiving the memory of the civil-military dictatorship in Brazil, the film Memories of Resistence takes the finding of those documents as a starting point for unvealing a series of stories. Stories abandoned along with the documents, found in an ex deputy's farm in the small town of Jaborandí, São Paulo.
