The Berlin Alexanderplatz. You would think it has everything there needs to be: a town hall all in red, a tower oh-so-high and a cutesy church. And yet: the idyll has been molested ever since by one thing: public urination. This needs to stop. Thus, a rest room is handed over to general public.
