Synopsis
They are french citizens, born in Jaffa, Bethléem, Jérusalem. Their parents are consuls, surgeons, traders, living in Palestine in the 30's, for some since four generations. These French people are particularly attached to their land as they grew up there in peacefulness without any discrimination from the local population used to the comings and goings of ships and nationalities of all horizon. These stories reveal the everyday dynamics and life in Palestine. These observers and actors are first hand witnesses of the Palestinian History that leads us to the 50’s., The film is based on personal correspondences, diplomatic archives, period newspapers, consular correspondences, unpublished audiovisuals archives.
