Family owned restaurants are slowly but steadily growing in Estonia. Roman, his wife Jana and his cousin Igor have together opened two restaurants “Moon and “Kolm Sibulat”. The documentary film “The Other Side of the Plate” is about the chef's everyday routine, managing the kitchen and maintaining a successful restaurant.
