A collaboratively made home-movie/film essay which is continually interrupted by the nature of its own rhythm. Mountaintop Administration was filmed in spaces in Glasgow that are entangled in processes of privatisation. We are trying to speak to the space of psychic foreclosure within and around us. In the film, we read letters, throw bureaucratic papers in the canal, find moments of resistance within the newspaper, talk in the kitchen, dream about interrogations, fly f16 drones, see the city at work, buy a stamp, sell our gold, watch self portraits made by fighter jet pilots., We have to perform these situations as WORK to continue living (sometimes).
