Synopsis
Mika Etchebehere and her husband Hipólito have witnessed the events that changed the course of the Twentieth Century’s history. Born in Argentina, the couple becomes Marxist militants and sets out in the late 20´s in quest of the Revolution, a journey that takes them to Patagonia, Berlin and Paris. They finally find it in Madrid as the Spanish Civil War brakes out. Mika, from being the leader’s wife, becomes the single female who obtains the rank of captain in the Republican Army. The unequal struggle puts into question their commitment and values from the early days.
