Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the first prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, has a mandate to investigate war crimes around the world. While he and the Court may also have faced criticism the film follows a highly passionate, confident prosecutor through daily life and witnesses moments of uniqueness – on political-historical ground but also about human emotions.
