Synopsis
John Palmer arrived in a Wichà community thirty years ago, as antropologhist, with a PhD from Oxford. Today he has married a Wichà woman with whom he has five sons in the last 5 years, who babble English, WichÃ, and Spanish words. As the legal advisor of the Lapacho Mocho community, as part of the family now, he works to obtain Qatu Ìs freedom, a member of the Wichà community who has been in jail for 5 years waiting for an oral hearing on a charge of abusing his wifeÂ’s daughter.
