“Camino Musical: 9 dias musica galega” is a music documentary created by students of the Film Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During 9 days in the city of Santiago de Compostela, meeting local people and bands that approach the traditional galician music differently, the special characteristics of this particular town and culture are presented. With the companionship of a bagpipe, a combination of landscapes, people and music unfolds in front of the viewer. The director’s love for this land, as she lived there in the past, is expressed through this musical diary and the galician word "morriña".
