Synopsis
“La Nuvola”, (Italian for “the cloud”) is not a documentary about architecture, but rather a love story that takes place in the building site of the new Eur Convention Center in Rome. 
Images show the birth of an idea, its transformation in its own space, all seen through the words and faces of the people that brought it to life. “La Nuvola” is an Italian story. In spite of the present desperation and difficulties, in spite of the uncertainty, and apparent inadequateness, this story is on the side of those who can still imagine and dream and who are therefore capable of achieving unbelievable things.
