Synopsis
Two years after the January 12, 2010 Haiti earthquake and billions of dollars of donations by the international community; still over a million people live in tent cities in Port-Au-Prince, Leogane and other parts of Haiti. Haiti: Children Of Heaven is a journey into the lives of the people of Haiti after the quake and it’s devastating effects. It also takes a look in to some of the after effects of the quake such as the cholera epidemic, election chaos, and United Nations military forces. This documentary takes us into day-to-day struggle of the Haitian people for survival and their brush with the NGO's, United Nations and its peacekeeping mission in Haiti.
