One night in september I found my mother unconscious in her bedroom, during two hours i saw her self disappear in front of me. From one moment to another my mother was no more and I therefore could not be her daughter anymore. MEDULA is the journey in which I try to recover the image of a woman, who while having had her in front of me, I never wanted to understand or get to know. A woman that today looks and feels more undecipherable than ever. A journey that only through photographs and one existing video takes me back to the memory of the past. Files and records that alter the sense, that change and disappear questioning the real meaning of remembering her.
