Synopsis
Structurated in different pieces and with a fiction woman character, nude along all the film, like an observer of the reality, Mothers under the skin counts on with the heart-rending testimonies, in first person, of 3 African women who decided to leave from their country, Nigeria, to come to the Canary Islands, Spain. A desperate, terrible and long journey to arrive to the supossed paradise. A paradise that, when they arrive here, they see that it´s an utopy: no papers, no job, no justice, racism... In the second part of the film we open a window to the hope, with white testimonies of another women talking about a future without frontieres and fair with every person, especially with women.
