Synopsis
Tanja and Zijad have very different memories of the same date. On 25 July 1992, Tanja was celebrating her fourteenth birthday in Serbia. Meanwhile, Zijad, who was also fourteen, narrowly escaped death in a massacre in Bosnia. On the anniversary of the horiffic event, Tanja tracks Zijad down to his village in Bosnia. They go together through their memories of the period before the war and are entering together the day that marks a painful anniversary for Zijad and Tanja's 33rd birthday. 25/7 is a film that examines the impact of traumatic experience in our past on our present and future...
