Synopsis
The film opens in the author’s art studio, where a group is silently painting Tibetan mandalas. The proceeds from the sale of these pieces go to fund exiled Tibetan orphans in northern India. This is a story of consideration, cooperation and peace, blending images of the children’s lives with footage of their supporters from the other side of the world. It also depicts the bridge of compassion which exists between Slovenes and Tibetans. The core philosophy of the documentary is summarized in an interview with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
