In Wallonia there is a placed called Camping Wesertal, where the landowner, Jacques Doum -a former oil trader in his 80's- and the people who have installed their caravans on his land must live and coexist through the year. This documentary tries to show the dramatic and poetic story behind the everyday of people living in such a place.
