Synopsis
pt singer Magda Mendes goes to her mother's hometown, Bairrada, to seek for inspiration in the stories and songs from the local people to compose her music. Bairrada is a village with old people and empty houses, but is is also the place where Magda has her roots. Magda together with a group of musicians, transform the empty school of the village into a music studio to record a new album. While showing part of the musicians work, we make a portrait of Bairrada and it's people.
