War shards

Duration 50 min
Synopsis
To live through war is a test, which, at the moment, changes ones perception of reality, and, later, ones view of life.
This film is the outcome of the time when I was living in LB, and notably the moment of conflict in July 2006. War is evoked, personalized, anticipated. For us Europeans who havent lived a war in our own country for several generations, the film attempts to reveal what war, as a phenomenon, might be.
The film is a series of blocks, like so many slices of emotion, like so many splintering fragments of an experience, which, incomprehensible, always eludes us.
