Synopsis
Grojdibodu village, RO - elections are coming. Tudorel Nitulescu aspires for the fifth mandate as mayor of the village. In praiseworthy Machiavellic descent, “the end justifies the means”, and even more than that. Already mayor for 12 years, Tudorel Nitulescu needs to make sure he keeps his “legitimate kingdom”. Therefore a whole mechanism of power, influence, manipulation, bribery spreads its tentacles over the village in order to collect - by any means - the necessary votes. In a surreal contemporary RO, a grimly investigation on how absolute power can alter human nature.
