Synopsis
"bon séjour" is a little brothel, near to the old market of Koupèla, small crossroad city in the north-east of Burkina-Faso. Away from the city’s chaos and from the dangers of the capital, the girls that come to stay here, live a rather peaceful life, where the waiting of the clients, to whom they give their body, is nourished by the dream of a better life. Some stay a little while and then go away searching for adventures, like Mariam, of whom we’ve lost track, or Mimi and Mariam, who moved to >, an outskirt brothel in the city-market of Pouytenga, at 15 Km from Koupéla. Others, like Amina, Zenabou and Fatie try to stop their life as prostitutes, seeking for a normality, as uncertain for them, as it is for the women who don’t do this job.
