Synopsis
The journey begins at a Harri Stojka-concert in Vienna. Where we get to know Harri`s musical style through several songs from his repertoire of Gypsy Swing tunes. Friedrich Heinschink, an expert on romani culture, tells Harri about the roots of roma music in IN, wich leads Harri to travel to IN with Murmir “Mosa” Sisic, the violinist. The journey through IN begins in Delhi, but swiftly moves to Rajastan, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. Rajastan is the state the roma population originally emigrated from and Harri intends to meet the people who are his ancestors. At the end of the journey, Harri will invite several INn musical friends to play concert in Vienna.
