Synopsis
Umberto is a musician and a retired luthier who has lived in Bologna, northern IT, for a long time but still boasts his sicilian character. Friends, occasional acquaintances, even passers-by and onlookers meet in the afternoon in his workshop, situated in the suburbs of the town. This film is a journey to an island that no longer exists now, made of memories and resilience, the island of a metropolitan archipel where diversity coexists, and opens up to the world outside through the pleasure of playing cards and the passion for music.
