Synopsis
Home is a film about the 2008 ka-ru conflict seen from the civilian point of view. A war film with no tanks, no airplanes, no uniforms, no military activity; Home is the story of a group of people who, fleeing from danger, find shelter somewhere in the mountains in the home of an Ossetian family. Hiding under one roof are representatives of all sides of the conflict: kas, rus, Ossetians and Armenians. Refusing to be enemies of one another, they share their hiding place in harmony, united by fear and resentment of war, which reaps its harvest oblivious to all their nationalities.
