Synopsis
Finland is building the world’s first final resting place for nuclear waste. The waste must be left untouched for at least 100,000 years, The builders must take into account climate change, natural disasters, human oblivion – and maybe worst of all – human curiosity. "Into Eternity" is a documentary vision on time and a group portrait of the pioneers planning for eternity and trying to figure out how best to communicate with an unknown future human race.
