On the streets of the Plan 3.000 housing estate in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), there are no plaques to identify them. They are streets with no name. Streets that don't need any designation because no one is going to walk down them. They're on the other side of the world, where nothing that happens matters, where life is less than life. This documentary explores the problems encountered in this labyrintine residential distric. The situation of the children, the rampant machismo and, in recent years, emigration to Spain all provide us with a deep insight into life in this slum quarter.
