‘Incantatio’ is an encounter with one of the most remarkable performers in the world. Paweł Dudziński, who developer butoh dance by an intuitive ritual method, became a laudable continuator and successor of the tradition of such great butoh masters as Tatsumi Hijikata and Kazuo Ohno. In his artistic search, Dudziński takes from avantgarde art the most valuable means of expression, improving an interpretation of butoh dance with forms of expression previously unknown in this field.
