Imagine if you only had to sleep 2 out of the 24 hours in a day, that means 6 more hours to do whatever you please or didn't have time to do before! it means a way to extend your life because you'll be doing and experiencing things that you wouldn't get to on a normal 8 hour sleeping period! So kiss your pijamas good bye and say hello to THE UBERMAN SCHEDULE: a type of polifasic sleep schedule in which an indivual sleeps 20 minutes every 4 hours! One problem though, such a process requires a 10 day perdiod of habituation in which the person basicaly goes insane from sleep deprivation. See it for your self as David P.
