Synopsis
After five years of operations and chemotherapy, Bruno, a Berlin based 45 year old Australian musician decides to refuse any more treat- ments that could have prolonged his life in pain. As a determined, charming man, Bruno’s aim was to spend the last month with his family and friends, and to die in a place that he felt secure, home. Living his everyday life with no tomorrows, yet so many yesterdays, this docu- mentary follows him with such practical tasks as organising the funeral, picking a “good spot” in the cemetery, writing goodbye letters to his children, while some of his closest friends reflect about their relationship with a dying friend, and with their own death.
