Synopsis
“ […] What you do makes me cry at night […]
[…] Please make your actions reflect your words […]
[…] I am here to speak for all generations to come […]”
1992, 1st Summit of the Earth, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil: for the first time in human history, a child calls out to the whole planet. 18 years later, our actions are ill different from our speeches. The Earth is still in the same state and Severn is now expecting a baby. She speaks again, showing that despite the emergency, it is still possible to change the course of things. In this documentary full of hope and emotion, Severn embodies a reference for those people, from Canada to Japan going through France, who act in concrete and positive terms in order to respect biodiversity.
Who will answer Severn’s call?
