Synopsis
An uncanny, often hilarious blend of documentary and fiction, Old School of Capitalism is rooted in the first post-socialist wave of workers revolts to hit Serbia. Workers bulldoze factory gates to discover a site looted by the bosses. Escalating confrontations are fruitless. In solidarity young anarchists take the bosses hostage and lay bare the violent swindle of capitalism. A Russian tycoon, a Wall Street trader and Biden’s visit to Belgrade complicate events leading toward a final shock.
