Synopsis
A young man goes back to Buenos Aires after being abroad for some years. After a forced emigration due to economic reasons caused by the 2001 economic crisis in Argentina, he wanders about his hometown again during a whole day. Immersed in a new scenery, he gets lost amidst the signs of a country where he looks for his past, meeting his closest friends. Reflecting the social changes that took place during his absence, his friends’ lives have changed and within their daily lives there is a possible present for this young man who tries to socially document his history. Within one single person, émigré and director find themselves in the after-crisis Other Pampas to accomplish a documentary in which one speaks about himself from others’ points of view.
