Synopsis
Colonia, Baja California. The young people live side by side with crime and must avoid becoming caught up drugs and delinquency. They are offered a chance, an education at the Nana Chela Cultural Center. The center’s system and the professionals running it manage to plant the seeds of culture and education. Thus, the young people are able to again feel useful bond with one another.
