Synopsis
Home Recordings is an intimate documentary about the director's marriage with her composer husband entering a twilight zone. Mari (40, Finnish) and Leo (50, Dutch) have been married for ten years and lead an outwardly settled life with their children in Amsterdam. They work as freelancers from their home studios juggling the responsibilities of family life with work. One moment they're running the household, raising the kids, the next doing creative work or the little things we all do to maintain relationships. One day however things start to unwind and they find themselves entering a twilight zone of zero tolerance.
