Synopsis
Neti applies for a visa to allow her, along with her two sisters, to go and meet up with her mother who has lived in Lisbon for a long time. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is being accused of having laundered 450,000 dollars. The Brazilian, Sol de Oliveira was arrested for illegal immigration and is awaiting extradition. Three life stories that seem to interlink in a small, wooden hourse in the Boa Morte neighbourhood, near to the centre of São Tomé's capital.
