Our Bread is a documentary that speaks of simple gestures in the daily lives of those that make bread, from India to Euphrates, from Goa to the confines of Trás-os-Montes. Its protagonists are the families that make and live from bread. When Man learnt how to transform crops into bread thousands of years ago, they did not know that they had invented one of the simplest and most powerful creations – showing how similar our civilizations are: Hindu, Christian and Muslim.
