Synopsis
In 2002, an Iranian woman, Shahla Jahed, was accused of murdering the wife of her lover, the famous footballer Nasser Mohammed Khani. The story became a national issue followed by the press and television. The film shows extracts from articles and TV programmes, including Nasser’s visit to the house where his wife was killed, and above all documents the phases of the trial, following the dramatic sessions in court and the reactions of the people in great detail.
