Synopsis
In a popular neighbourhood of Brazzaville, a traditional court perpetuates an ancestral judical organisation by taking on the forms of the official modern courts. In a basic little building, when the first bell rings just like at the theater, different cases are argued before the black-robed judges:sorcery, divorse, inheritance problems, etc.
