Synopsis
Alain Crézé forlornly goes about his morning chores. This is the last time the French farmer will milk his beloved dairy cows. A solitary case of mad cow disease means the entire herd must now be sent to the slaughter house. The trucks arrive. The cows leave. Farmers watch helplessly as their stables are emptied by the profiteering makers of animal feed. Determined to take action, they protest against the economic forces destroying their livelihood.
