The child Xesús Liste - the son of a quarryman and a paesant mother - emigrates to Cuba in 1918, his personal story and the century's story will run neck to neck: 1927 he joins the Cuban Communist Party and in 1928 comes back to galicia where he organizes the genral Workers Union in his county, Teo.
