Synopsis
Pankararu Indians, who where originally from a village called Brejo dos Padres situated on the banks of the São Francisko river, began to migrate to São Paulo form 1950 onwards; refugees drought, hunger and conflicts over land rights. A large number of these Pankararu, 500 out of the 1500 who live scattered throughout the city of São Paulo, have settled in the Real Parque favela in search of their dreams and a new way of life. The documentary will be a kaleidoscope of the Pankararu vision of this never ending journey.
