Synopsis
On opposite sides during the Algerian War, harki families and ex-combatants families live alongside each other in a former "Special Administrative Section" once build by the French army. In the muddy square, where the tap sometimes refuses to work, the young and old come into contact. The past weighs heavily on everyone, like for those who settled here at a later date, driven form their homes by terrorism. The present bears little resemblance to the dream of Independence.
